Derek Wicks is a frequent guest instructor at Paint for Joy. Since he was young, he thrived on the knowledge of how things work and the challenge of recreating them. His creative journey began with building plastic model kits in perfect detail. As a painter, Wicks has developed a distinctive style with strong dominate lighting and solid crisp lines.
